Traduire en français.
As of September 25th, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is on a nation-wide strike. This will impact the delivery of your invoices and other printed documents.
To avoid disruption, we will be emailing invoices to clients if we have an email address on file. Please contact us to add an email address to your file if you wish to receive email invoices.
How to receive your invoice during a postal strike:
- Get it delivered: Contact your Care Manager to arrange to have your invoice delivered to you during your visit.
- Pick it up: Contact your Care Manager or Club staff to arrange to pick up your invoice at our Head Office or any of our Adult Day Programs.
